2.1 The Company offers virtual receptionist services including but not limited to call answering, call forwarding, message taking, appointment scheduling, and other administrative tasks as agreed upon.
2.2 The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and professional service to the best of its abilities.

3. Subscription and Payment


3.1 By subscribing to our Services, you agree to pay the fees as outlined in our pricing plan.
3.2 Payment is due in advance of service provision unless otherwise agreed upon.
3.3 Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of Services.

4. Confidentiality


4.1 The Company agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
4.2 Clients are responsible for ensuring that any information shared with the Company does not violate any confidentiality agreements or regulations.

5. Client Responsibilities


5.1 Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the provision of Services.
5.2 Clients agree to treat Company staff with respect and professionalism.
5.3 Clients are responsible for any actions taken using their account credentials.

6. Limitation of Liability


6.1 The Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
6.2 The Company's total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the Services during the preceding six months.

7. Termination


7.1 Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice.
7.2 Upon termination, the client remains responsible for any outstanding fees owed to the Company.
7.3 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services immediately in cases of non-payment, violation of these Terms, or other misconduct.

8. Governing Law


8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
